Nicholas J. Hentges, MBA, CIC, President, is responsible for the overall representation of CRI to its captives and has direct oversight of CRI operations including Production, Administration, Risk Control, Claims, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and Travel.
George Rusu, CPCU, Chairman and CEO, co-founder of CRI, has led the company’s growth for over 30 years. George is responsible for the overall representation of Captive Resources to its captives and strategic oversight and direction of all CRI operations, including acquisitions. He has served as a director of numerous companies, including CRI’s Captive Investors Fund, and industry associations.

Sam B. Meccia, Executive Vice President, oversees and has responsibility for several CRI captives. Sam is an Executive Production Team Leader, providing oversight and direction to a team of Captive Executives.
Denis Wiener, CPCU, Executive Vice President, oversees and has responsibility for Marketing and also for several CRI captives, including management responsibilities for CRI’s property captive. Denis is also an Executive Production Team Leader, providing oversight and direction to a team of Captive Executives.
Donna Dreuth, CPA, Chief Financial Officer is manager of corporate finance and responsible for the oversight of day to day finance services provided to all captives.
Andrew O. Johnson, ARM, CSP, Executive Vice President, oversees CRI’s safety and claims professionals, and manages loss prevention and claims management services provided to client companies by outside vendors.
Jeanne Hansen, Senior Vice President, works closely with all administrative service personnel on operational issues including procedures, best practices, captive structure and quality review.

Thomas R. Ullrich, Executive Vice President, is responsible for oversight and production for several CRI captives. Tom is an Executive Production Team Leader, providing oversight and direction to a team of Captive Executives, and has also been integral in forming many of CRI’s captives.
Glenn G. Carlson, Esq., General Counsel, oversees all legal issues related to Captive Resources and the captives it serves. An attorney with over twenty years in the commercial insurance industry, Glenn specializes in coverage requirements, reinsurance, and negotiations.
